Tatjana Muktepavela joined CheckMobile in April 2020, as a VP International Sales. With an international academic and professional background, experience in sales and talent acquisition, her mission at CheckMobile is to strengthen customers relations, as well as expand company’s range to an even broader international scale.
Tell us about your backgroud?
– My studies background is purely international: Bachelor studies in Italy, Master degree in Russia (MGIMO) and France (ICN Business School) in International Management. Followed by the same multicultural sales experience in retail and talent acquisition in IT software solutions (SAP).
Why did you decide to join CheckMobile?
Mostly I was fascinated by the product – unique digitalization solution that connects people and processes, makes them efficient and increases both personal and company performance level.
What makes CheckMobile different is that we don’t complicate IT – we make it light, fast and transparent. As simple as that – less is often more as we know it!
What is the key to a good relationship with clients in your opinion?
The key is to understand client’s goals and challenges. So first of all we need to be an excellent listeners. Then it goes to being concrete, open, flexible and result-oriented. When clients return on investment worth it – that is when you do a great job! And that is how we build our network with solid ground for the future clients.
